The amazing roll of honour includes a variety of gold and silver awards at the prestigious Smithfield Awards during the past five years. Harry Coates of Durham Butchers has also had great success in the Eurobeef International Awards in 2007, as well as a number of awards from the annual National Barbeque Competition.

Both quality and hygiene are audited and graded to the most rigorous standards in the meat industry by the independent organisation EFSIS – the European Food Safety Inspection service.
