of house "ladies brigade" in particular are updating or gaining new skills through
the industry-recognised Foundation Food-Hygeine Certificate.
Harry Coates places a great deal of emphasis on training and upskilling all staff.
Because of his Q Guild status, he is very keen to see continuous improvement of
both the workforce and the business in general."
