All farmers supplying stock to Scotch Premier are required to conform to exacting animal welfare, husbandry and management standards. With famous breeds such as Aberdeen Angus cattle, Scotch Premier, produced naturally in Scotland's hills and glens, has long been recognised as the 'creme de la creme', with its unique blend of succulence, flavour and tenderness.
Scotch Premier enjoys the prestige of a Royal Warrent as suppliers of beef and lamb to Her Majesty the Queen.
Harry Coates also recently visited Her Majesty The Queen's Balmoral Estate in Scotland where for the past three years H coates & Son have been sourcing venison.(pictured below) It was one of Harry's regular fact finding visits to suppliers, where he constantly checks that the quality of meat products is being maintained to the business's exacting standards.
Harry added: "It is important in this day and age that we are aware of the entire
proces from start to finish. Visits like these are essential in helping us to
source the highest quality product that we can find in the UK."
